How many years experience do you have?
We have been in the limo service industry for over 17 years here in the St. Louis, St. Charles County and Jefferson County areas.
Are you and your Sedans, your Limos and your Party Buses properly insured?
Our limo company and our fleet are commercially insured with a 5 million and 1.5 million dollar liability policy as well as General Liability policy and USDOT/MC certified.
What type of services do you specialize in?
We specialize in luxury limo service for Bachelor & Bachelorette Parties, Rehearsal Dinners, Weddings, Proms, Birthday Parties, Night Outs, Winery Trips, Airport Car Service, Corporate Transportation and much more. We also specialize in making sure our clients arrive in style, safely with an unforgettable memory.
How soon should I make my reservation for my my Limo rental or my Party Bus rental?
We book reservations upon a first come first serve basis based on the down payment policy. Availability changes daily; so it is best for you to book your reservation as soon as you have your event date and time frame narrowed down. Regarding weddings and proms, we recommend reserving transportation 3 months to 12 months prior to your event date. With St. Louis airport reservations, we recommend that when your travel plans with the airline are made, you should also consider making your car service arrangements. We do realize that there are times that this is not possible due to certain circumstances; simply give us a call and we will check the availability for your date and time frame. If you have a last minute reservation, we will do everything possible to try to accommodate you.
Is a deposit or down payment required to book a Limo or a Party Bus?
In order to secure reservations, we require a 50% down payment (via Credit/Debit Card) of the rental price which will be deducted from the final total. The remaining balance is due within the week of service or you have the option to pay your chauffeur upon arrival.
Do you have a preferred method of payment?
We accept all major credit cards (American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa), checks (Company or Personal), money orders, and cash. For budgeting purposes, it may be possible to also set up a payment plan for you.
Do I have to pay for the time when I am not in the Limo or the Party Bus?
As we dedicate the limo or the party bus that you have rented exclusively to you from the time of your first pick-up to the time of your final drop-off, regardless of whether you are in the vehicle or not, you are billed within that time frame. The exception is a point to point reservation or a double point to point reservation. (Call for details – Certain restrictions may apply for point to point and double point to point reservations.)
What amenities are included with my Sedan rental, my Limo rental or my Party Bus rental?
With most reservations, we offer complementary Soda, Bottled Water, Ice, Rock and Champagne Glasses. You’re welcome to bring any additional alcoholic (for groups 21 y/o +) and/or non-alcoholic beverages on-board your vehicle. If you have a favorite non-alcoholic beverage that you would like for us to include in your reservation, let us know and we will provide it for you complementary or for a small fee depending on the request.
Is Red Carpet Service offered with my Sedan rental, my Limo rental or my Party Bus rental?
That is the great thing about Exceed Limo services in Saint Louis; we understand that transportation is an important aspect in planning and celebrating life’s golden moments so we do offer Red Carpet Service at the request of the client.
Do you allow smoking or food in your vehicles?
To maintain the quality of our limos and our party buses, there is no smoking or food allowed inside the vehicles. However; for your convenience, your chauffeur will stop whenever you want for smoke breaks.
May we drink alcohol in the Limo or the Party Buses?
Passengers of legal drinking age can drink in the limos or the party buses. However, Exceed Limo or its’ chauffeurs are not allowed by Missouri law to provide alcoholic beverages. Under-age alcohol consumption will not be tolerated.
May I view your vehicles prior to making a reservation?
All of the vehicles are available to see online but feel free to call and speak with one of our transportation coordinators to set up a vehicle viewing. Viewings are based upon vehicle availability and are typically conducted Tuesdays through Thursdays.
Are your chauffeurs properly trained and licensed?
Our limo company not only offers best-in-class customer service with our professional and courteous transportation coordinators, but we also offer the most skilled and certified chauffeurs in the St. Louis limo transportation industry.
What is the Chauffeur’s Attire?
All of our chauffeurs wear traditional black suits, white shirts, black ties and polished black dress shoes. (*Please note, special attire requests such as tuxedos, chauffeur caps and white gloves are available upon request.)
